The FMH college of Medicine and Dentistry is a leading educational institution attached with the Fatim Memorial Hospital. The college is recognised by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and is listed in the international medical education directory. Affiliated with the University of Health Sciences. The college now invites applications for admission to it MBBS, BDS and Allied Health Sciences.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance

National Integration Scholarship: This is a merit cum need based awarded to a deserving students with excellenct academic record on a rotation basis to a candidate from AJK, NWFP , Balochistan, Sind and Punjab.

Qarz e Hasna (Interest Free Loan) Awarded to students who are high on College admission merit list with excellent academic record and who also demonstrate need for financial assistacne. Qarz e Hasna is given up to 100% of the total tution fee. This Qarz e Hasna is returnable 2 years after graduation in easy installments over a period of 5 years.

Note: Candidates applying for financial assitance must fill in the financial assistance form and submit it alongwith the admission applications  form . Applications for financial Assistance will not be considered after admission.

Prospectus Sale: The prospectus is available at fatima memoril hospital reception for Rs. 1200 only.

Applicant can also recieve prospectus by post. They should send bank draft of Rs. 2000. Favoring FMH , CM and D This fee includes prospectus charges plus courier charges. College office will post the prospectus on the address provided (from out side Pakistan please send a bank draft of US $ 50)

Online Application Form:

The login and password will be prnted on the last page of the prospectus . This password will be required to fill in the online college application from available on college website www.fmsystem.org.

The online application form wi only be available through user name and password printed on the last page of the prospectus.

Those users not having web access at home of computer competence will be faciliated for the same aat FMHCM and D admission Office.

Submission of the application:  After filling the online application the system will give the provision to print the document . The applicant should sign the printed application form.

Please attach the required documents along with the signed application form and submit them in the admission office of FMHCM and D or send them throuh courier alongwith application processing fee of Rs. 1800 (From out side Pakistan please send a Bank Draft of US $ 100.

Eligibility:
 65% unadjusted marks both for MBBS and BDS in Higher Secondary School (F.Sc) Examination or equivalents with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Candidates have to qualify entry test of University of the Health Sciences for getting admission in FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry.
