Protest against Kohat Board officials

KURRAM AGENCY – Coming down hard over the efficiency of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Kohat, the private educational institutions protested against the attitude of Controller of Examinations and demanded affiliation of all private schools with Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar.
A meeting of all private schools association was held in Shaheed Park, Parachinar on Sunday. All the managing directors and principals of the private schools attended the meeting.
Addressing on the occasion, the participants said that they were not satisfied with the results of Kohat Board, as the strict marking of the boards had affected the efficiency and performance of the students. They said that they had deposited fees along with examination forms for the result books and DMC but, so far, the board had not issued DMCs of the students. He said that the Controller of Examinations was not aware of even of the necessary records of the board.
The private schools association demanded of Governor Owais Ahmad Ghani and Chairman of Kohat Board to take notice of the Board injustices and affiliate the private institutions with the Peshawar education board.The Nation
