Naundero school faces multifarious Problems
Karachi:24 April: The hometown of Benazir Bhutto\'s Government Boys Higher Secondary School has no washrooms and other basic facilities in this age of computer science despite the tall claims of the rulers that they are fulfilling the vision of their slain leader. Over 2300 boys are enrolled in this school foundation of which was laid by PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in 1962. The school is also facing acute shortage of science material, furniture as the administration is forced to use new desks of another new school building which is ready for inauguration but waiting for permission from the influential authorities, The ceiling fans installed are outdated due to which students have been forced to study in the scorching hot weather. This school has 35 classrooms and each class room has enrollment of over 100 students which is sheer violation of standard policy of 35 students per a single classroom for better education. Thus the classrooms look more like a cattle pan than a proper school. Due to over-admissions, furniture shortage is a complaint for which higher education authorities have been informed several times but nothing has been done in this regard. The 62 teachers and 2300 students are using only two washrooms which were said to have been constructed half century ago and were reserved for teachers room only.APP.
