Sepelling Bee Competition Concludes
MULTAN:17 October : The two-day Dawn in Education Spelling Bee competition concluded here on Thursday.
As many as 300 students of 43 schools from Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Khanewal, Muzaffargarh, Bahawalnagar, Vehari, Rajanpur and Jhang participated in three age groups -- 9-11 years, 12-14 years and 15-17 years.
On Thursday, the students of 15-17 years category participated in the contest organised by the Dawn Media Group in partnership with the United States Embassy, Islamabad.
Mariam Abdul Rauf of Multan Public School and College and Anika Idnan and Krona Emanuel of LaSalle Higher Secondary School stood first, second and third, respectively.
