Millennial Olympiad starts off at RMS One World Campus
Islamabad:17 February: Roots Millennium Schools-RMS One World Campus E-11/4, organised an opening ceremony of the ‘Millennial Olympiad 2018’ on Friday, says a press release.

A two-day mega event was inaugurated by Joao Sabido Costa, ambassador of Portugal in Islamabad. Olympiad is a platform that allows young Millennials to prove their mettle within various domains of co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

The Opening Ceremony was presided over by the honourable Ambassador of Portugal Joao Sabido Costa, Director Schools & Outreach Sabina Zakir, Director Academics Erum Atif and the Dynamic Principal RMS One World Campus Amber Naveed.

The ambassador pronounced the aim of the Millennial Olympiad 2018 is to inspire youth to help shape the world based on justice, solidarity, liberty, dignity, harmony and prosperity for all. During his address, the Ambassador appreciated the initiative of the students and encouraged the youth of Pakistan to become the agents of change through engagement in student initiatives on national and international forums.

The ceremony also included speeches by the Olympiad President Aaresh Naeem and Vice President Myra Khan, who enthusiastically explained the two-day Mega event. Students presented tribute to the legends of Pakistan, the performance of the students was highly appreciated by the Ambassador. Rich and vibrant Pakistani cultural dresses added colors to the show.

The Principal of RMS One World Campus Amber Naveed applauded the hard work and admired the full participation of the President Olympiad and the student Council. She also emphasized to encouraged maximum student’s participation in sports activities and shared that we believe in arranging co- curricular and extra –curricular activities for our students to provide them leisure hours and to promote learning. The objective of the event is to engage students in healthy activities which are important for their grooming and personality development.The news.
