Punjab University first conference in special education
Lahore:April 25: Punjab University Department of Special Education organised first international conference on research in special education at the university’s Environmental Law Auditorium here on Tuesday.

Researchers from various parts of the world including Prof Dr Aftab A Khan from USA, Prof Dr Barbarra Fogarty from New Zealand, Prof Dr G Hussain Rasool from United Kingdom, Dr Amjad Saqib, Prof Dr Abdul Hameed, Prof Dr Nasir Sulman, Department of Special Education Chairperson Dr Humaira Bano, researchers from various parts of the country and a large number of students were present.

The theme of the conference was “Addressing diversity through education". Dr Humaira Bano said the conference was a good platform to lay foundation of an endless road where students would have the opportunity to rediscover, explore and transform new ideas in the field of special education.The news.
