Entrance Test Institute of Nursing Dow University
Entrance Test
* The Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi, will organize an Entrance Test in collaboration with the National Testing Services (NTS), official testing service for the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
.
* All the candidates applying will have to appear in the Entrance Test.
* This Entrance Test will be valid only for the current session of admission.
* The National Testing Service will issue the admit card for the Entrance Test.
* The candidate will have to appear in the entrance test on the date and time, as specified in the admit card.
* The admit card will be dispatched through the courier service.
Entrance Test Paper
It will be based on the following subjects and weightage:
1) English.......................................20 Questions
2) Anatomy & Physiology................20 Questions
3) Microbiology...............................10 Questions
4) Fundamental of Nursing...............15 Questions
5) Community Health Nursing...........10 Questions
6) Medical & Surgical Nursing...........25 Questions
Questions in the test paper will be from the current syllabus of the Pakistan
Nursing Council for Diploma in General Nursing.
