Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences board ordered for Brig Imtiaz
LAHORE:A DIVISION Bench of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday directed the Medical Superintendent Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad to constitute a medical board for examination of Brig Imtiaz Ahmad (retired), former Director General Intelligence Bureau.
Earlier, the bench, while releasing him on bail in a reference of illegal assets, had directed the authorities to constitute a medical board for examining the health of the accused.
But, the appellant through counsel informed the court that the medical board had not been formed so far, moreover, he wanted to get himself examined at the PIMS.
