NED university Girls killed in Road Accident
Karachi:May 15, 2010:An NED university student was among two people killed in two different mishaps on Friday.
Twenty-two-year-old Javeria, daughter of Moiz Ahmed, was injured when a speeding hit-and-run vehicle ran her over near NIPA Chowrangi in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal police limits while she was crossing the road.
The injured was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) in a critical condition where she succumbed to her injuries. Javeria was a student of the NED University and lived in Shadman Town situated in North Nazimabad.
Thirty-eight-year-old Akhter and 18-year-old Sajid were injured when a speeding hit-and-run water tanker ran them over in the Orangi Town police jurisdiction while they were going on a motorcycle.
The injured were rushed to the ASH in a critical condition. Akhter died on his way to the hospital.The News
