Girls grab top 15 positions in HSSC exam Board of Secondary Education Mardan
MARDAN: The girls grabbed top 15 positions as the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Mardan announced Part-I and Part-II results of Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination on Monday.

According to a notification by the Controller of Examinations, in Part-I a total of 23,567 candidates appeared in the examinations and 13,378 were declared successful. The pass percentage was 56.77.

In Part-II, a total of 25,052 candidates appeared in the examinations and 14,203 were declared successful with pass percentage of 56.69. In the Pre-Medical Part-II, Maria Gulnaz of Nisar Shaheed Intermediate College, Risalpur stood first by securing 974 marks while Maryam Ashraf of the Peace School and College, Nowshera stood second by obtaining 964 marks. Maryam Younas of Iqra College of Science, Jehangira Nowshera got third position by getting 957 marks. In the Pre-Engineering Part- II, Yasir Ali of Jinnah Model School and College, Zaida in Swabi got first position by obtaining 972 marks while Nimra Riaz of the Peace School and College, Nowshera got second position by securing 970 marks. Salman Ali of the Quaid-e-Azam Public School and College, Swabi stood third by securing 962 marks.The news
