‘Eid Milad-un-Nabi’ celebrated at RMS
Islamabad:January 26:A function to celebrate ‘Eid Milad-un-Nabi’ (peace be upon him) with fervour and enthusiasm was held at Roots Millennium School (RMS), Wahid Campus, F-10/2, says a press release.

A large number of ladies attended the event and seemed happy at the idea of promoting Islamic teachings in this way.

The occasion started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Montessori children presented ‘Qaseeda Burda Sharif,’ which was so breathtaking that it touched the depth of the hearts.

Junior Section’s students recited different ‘Naats’ which depicted their deep love and extreme devotion towards Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him). It was pleasure to see such enthusiasm of students, as they recited ‘Naats’ with full devotion.

The senior students presented ‘Qawali,’ which enthralled the audience. The ‘Milad’ concluded with a special ‘Dua’ and sweets were distributed among the guests at the end.

Considering the significance of ‘Milad-un-Nabi’ (peace be upon him), the day was observed in all campuses of RMS in twin cities. The objective of the celebration was to pay homage to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace BE upon Him) for his greatest and divine services to Islam and mankind.

The ‘Milad’ was arranged outdoors which was beautifully decorated. The schools and stages were creatively decorated with a huge backdrop depicting the ‘Masjid-e-Nabvi’ (peace be upon him), while the classrooms were adorned with colourful buntings and streamers. The children recited ‘Naats’ with their teachers and narrated stories about Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) in a touching way.The news.
