Sindh Public Service Commission recommends 463 ad hoc lecturers

Hyderabad (PPI): The Controller of Examinations, Sindh Public Service Commission Hyderabad informed Saturday that the SPSC has determined the suitability for retention in service of those Lecturers (male/female) BPS-17, who were appointed on ad hoc basis in provincial Education and Literacy Department. In a release, he further informed that the 463 candidates are recommended for regularization of their services against their respective posts on the basis of interviews conducted by Sindh Public Service Commission in the month of June, 2009 while result of three candidates have been withheld due to some reasons. According to details available to this office, 26 male and 16 female candidates have been recommended for the post of Lecturer English (Male & Female), 11 male and 10 female candidates for Lecturer Education, 2 male candidates for Lecturer Geography, 1 male candidate for Islamic Studies, 8 male and 7 female candidates for Lecturer Islamiyat, 6 male and 3 female candidates for Lecturer Muslim History, 3 male and 1 female candidates for Lecturer Statistics, 1 female candidate for Lecturer Library Science, 83 male and 27 female candidates for Lecturer Sindhi, 6 male and 4 female candidates for Lecturer Political Science, 17 male and 8 female candidates for Lecturer Urdu, one male and one female candidates for Lecturer Sociology, 10 male and 14 female candidates for Lecturer Economics, 7 male and 4 female candidates for Lecturer Pakistan Studies, 14 male and 13 female candidates for Lecturer Commerce, 17 male and 10 female candidates for Lecturer Physics, 9 male and 23 female candidates for Lecturer Computer Science, 21 male and 11 female candidates for Lecturer Mathematics, 21 male and 15 female candidates for Lecturer Chemistry, 14 male and 4 female candidates for Lecturer Botany and 7 male and 7 female candidates have been recommended for the post of Lecturer Zoology.
