Lahore: September 06:Graduates and students of King Edward Medical University (KEMU) held a protest demonstration in front of Vice Chancellor’s office against inordinate delay in disciplinary action against some elements within Young Doctors Association (YDA), Mayo Hospital, allegedly involved in harassment and torture of Prof Dr Akmal Laeeq, Dr Mazhar Rafique and student Sardar Nauman Afzal.

The students and graduates chanted slogans against hooligans, saying that it is not a fight against YDA, but against the violent few, who were using and defaming it for their personal gains. “It’s a fight against the hooliganism and corruption in our institution,” said Dr Sheryar Niazi.The news.
