Welcome Message  Fatima Jinnah Medical College and Dentistry

It is my profound privilege to welcome new students for class of 2007. Since its inception in 2000, FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry has established itself as a Leading institution for the training of healthcare professionals. Recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and affiliated with University of Health Sciences (UHS), its aim is to train to medical, dental and allied health sciences students to be life long learners in this fast changing world, in accordance with highest professional standards. We aim to prepare our graduates to practice patient centered care of the best quality, and equip students with communication skills that imbue empathy. We envisage that our graduates will take a leadership role in health care, research and education. We believe and practice that education is a process of lighting a candle rather than filling an empty pale; we therefore encourage active participation of students in the learning process in a refreshing and stress free environment.
