5-day training workshop begins at University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences

LAHORE (APP): A five-day training working on "Disease Outbreak Handling Investigation and Reporting" began at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) here on Monday. The Institute of Continuing Education and Extension (ICE&E) of the UVAS in collaboration with the Strengthening of Livestock Services Project (SLSP) arranged the training course for the capacity building of veterinary officers in disease outbreak handling, investigation reporting. The veterinary officers (VOs) from Lahore, Sheikhupura, Okara, Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Jhang, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Bhakkar, Mialwali, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Multan Muzaffaragarh, Layyah, DG Khan, Chakwal and Gujrat are participating in the training course. The training workshop will continue till April 3.
