MIGRATION OF THE CANDIDATES
4.1 The following rules shall apply to the migration of candidates
a. Migration certificate shall be issued only to the candidates who have been registered with the Board.
b. A Migration Certificate will be issued to a candidate on his submission of an application on the prescribed proforma along with the prescribed fee.
c. The Migration fee shall be prescribed by the Board.
d. Following documents must be attached with proforma:
(i) Attested copy of the School Leaving Certificate/College Leaving Certificate (in case of transfer before appearing in SSC/HSSC examination).
(ii) Attested copy of the SSC/HSSC-II Result Card (in case of transfer after the candidates’ has taken the relevant examination).
e. In case, the original Migration Certificate is lost, a duplicate will be issued on payment of the prescribed fee.
f. The Board reserves the right to cancel any Migration Certificate without assigning any reason.
g. The Migration Certificate issued to a candidate shall be cancelled at his request provided it is surrendered to the Board, in the original, before use. In this case the fee deposited by the candidate shall not be refunded.
h. In case the candidate declines the idea of Migration, before the issuance of the certificate, the fee shall be refunded after deduction of 20% service charges.
i. Migration Certificate is not required in case of transfer within the Federal Board affiliated institution. However, the Board must be kept informed of such transfers.
