I beg to bring to your kind notice that I failed to pay my tuition fees for the current month. I may be permitted to state here that I had never been a defaulter up to now. If I did not pay my fees in time. It was not due to any negligence on my part. A my father had to leave this place suddenly. I could not procure my school fees due to his absence. He returned only yesterday. Under these circumstances I would pray that you be kind enough to excurse me fine for late payment.
